- Take and record vital signs, including blood pressure, temperature, and pulse
- Administer medications as directed by healthcare providers
- Conduct basic laboratory tests and collect specimens for testing
- Provide patient education on medication administration, treatment plans, and preventive care
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of examination rooms

To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills:
- Proficiency in medical terminology and documentation
- Strong knowledge of medical administrative procedures
- imaging and equipment operation
- Ability to administer medications accurately and safely
- Knowledge of coding and billing procedures
- Excellent patient care skills, including the ability to make patients feel comfortable during examinations or procedures
- Familiarity with inhalation techniques for respiratory treatments
- Competency in taking accurate vital signs
- Understanding of human anatomy and physiology
- Basic life support (BLS) certification
