Responsibilities and Duties

• Outgoing personality with leadership abilities
• Excellent organization skills and follow through
• Patient registration
• Chart/Records management
• Follow-up calls
• Vitals
• Injections
• Procedure assisting
• Inventory management, etc.
• Work at all 3 of our locations

Qualification and Skills

• Basic computer knowledge
• Excellent organization skills
• Answering phones and greeting patients.
• Updating and filing patient medical records
• Ability to work alone in an office setting
• Adept at scheduling appointments
• Managing schedule at a high efficiency level
• Outbound referrals and calling to physicians
• Outstanding follow-up ability
• Medical marketing experience
• Bi-lingual preferred but not required

Job Type: Full-time
