- Chart/Records management
- Follow-up calls
- Vitals
- Injections
- Procedure assisting
- Inventory management, etc.
- Work at all 3 of our locations
Qualification and Skills
- Basic computer knowledge
- Excellent organization skills
- Answering phones and greeting patients.
- Updating and filing patient medical records
- Ability to work alone in an office setting
- Adept at scheduling appointments
- Managing schedule at a high efficiency level
- Outbound referrals and calling to physicians
- Outstanding follow-up ability
- Medical marketing experience
- Bi-lingual preferred but not required
