SalaryPleasant Pediatrics is hiring bilingual MAs who can work 3 days a week in Tuscon (Monday, Wednesday, and Friday). As a Medical Assistant, you'll care for and fulfill patient requests. This includes collaborating with our team of providers and partner organizations to serve our patients. Qualifications:
- GED or High School Diploma; recommended but not required.
- Prior medical and pediatrics experience is recommended but not required.
- Speaks English and Spanish
- Medical Assistant Certification
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome patients
- Schedule appointments, create charts, and record information while following HIPPA.
- Answer phones and direct calls to the correct department (Care Team, Billing, etc.)
- Collaborate with providers to provide the best patient care
- Assist with medical office services and procedures such as immunizations
