Salary Adecco Medical is seeking a dedicated and passionate Medical Assistant to join our clients team in Tucson, Arizona.
Pay: $21.00-$23.00/hr + $1.50/hr Bilingual differential
Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent education (GED) required?
- A minimum of 1 year work experience as a Medical Assistant?
- 6+ months' phlebotomy experience is highly desired?
- Graduation from a nationally accredited Medical Assistant program OR comparable healthcare vocational training (i.e. foreign-trained physician, paramedic, etc.) required?
- BLS for Healthcare Providers required?
- Bilingual is a huge plus
- EClinicalWorks or similar EMR experience?
- Experience working with geriatric patients is a plus?
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Must possess a high degree of emotional intelligence and integrity, driven and focused work ethic?
- Self-starter with the ability to think creatively and work effectively?
- Ability to work effectively with various seniorities and diverse populations including staff, providers, members, family members, insurance carriers, vendors and market leadership?
- Strong communicator that is customer-oriented??
- Excellent critical reasoning, decision-making, and problem-solving skills to analyze situations, determine risks, and find solutions to prevent future issues and resolve recurring defects?
- ?Experience with claims/quality reports and analytical software packages?
- Proficient skills in Microsoft Office Suite products including Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and Excel plus a variety of other word-processing, spreadsheet, database, e-mail and presentation software?
- Ability to travel on occasion for company meetings?
Pay Details: $21.00 to $23.00 per hour
