We are seeking a customer service oriented full-time Optometric Technician to serve our wonderful patients with outstanding service.
Job Duties:
- A thorough Case History on EMR
- Accurately perform and input tests (Auto-Refraction, Visual Field, Optomap, OCT, Topography, Lensometry, etc.) on our EMR software.
- Encourage patients to fulfill the doctor’s recommended treatment plans (eyeglasses, contact lenses, ocular treatments, or medical testing)
- Active team participation at the Front Desk by enthusiastically answering the phones and efficiently scheduling patients.
- Back up to the contact lens department in teaching application and removal as well as assisting in orders and sales.

- A self-starter in learning
- Have confidence, poise, motivation, and enthusiasm
- Knowledgeable with computers, information technology, and being internet savvy
