Job Description:
Ennoble Care is looking for a per diem Russian speakingMedical Assistant that will support our Bensonhurst, NY (Brooklyn) market. This position is responsible for driving to the homes of our Russian speaking patients and telehealth with our Russian speaking providers. While some medical experience is a plus, we do not require certifications for this role. We are looking for an immediate start date. This position will be in person and will not be remote. The pay rate is between $18-20 per hour based on experience, plus mileage reimbursement
Qualifications:
- Must be fluent in Russian
- Must have a valid Driver's License and reliable mode of transportation
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Must be fully vaccinated against Covid-19
- Must be comfortable with speaking on the phone for large amounts of the day
- Must be compassionate and empathetic towards our patients, always demonstrating exceptional customer service
- Ability to multitask between different patients and workstreams while remaining organized and efficient with time
- Must be able to work from 8:30 – 5:30pm, Monday through Friday
- Must be proficient in using a computer, including Outlook and other Microsoft Office programs
- Knowledge of basic healthcare terms, conditions, roles, and basic care principles is helpful
- Candidate must be able to pass a drug screen, background check, have a positive attitude, adapt positively to change, be a team player, and be willing to learn new skills on a continuous basis.
- Must be able to use a computer, telephone, copy machine, and other office equipment as necessary
