Medical Assistant

Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Medical Assistant at Lakeview Health LLC in Racine, WI. The Medical Assistant will be responsible for providing direct patient care, recording medical histories and vital signs, preparing patients for examination, assisting with procedures, scheduling appointments, maintaining medical records, and performing various administrative tasks.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of medical terminology
• Experience in a medical office environment
• Excellent patient care skills
• Ability to maintain and manage patient medical records

Additional qualifications that would be beneficial include:

• Certification as a Medical Assistant
• Experience with electronic medical record software
• Familiarity with medical billing and coding
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work effectively with others

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 – 45 per week
