Our busy Pediatric Medical Office in Cottonwood Heights is looking for a full time Medical Assistants (this includes rotating evenings and weekends). This is a fun and rewarding position working with children and our wonderful providers.
Responsibilities
This position is responsible to prepare patients for exams, accurately take vital signs, record information and schedule tests and procedures. This position is also responsible to obtain prior authorizations when needed and make timely call backs. Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will be friendly and have the ability to communicate clearly with patients and parents. Must be proficient on the computer, have excellent phone etiquette and work well as a team. Must have prior Medical Assistant experience, prediatric experience preferred.
