Responsibilities:
- Participate in on-the-job training (OJT) under the supervision of experienced healthcare professionals.
- Attend classroom sessions conducted by Harrisburg Area Community College (HACC) for related technical instruction (RTI).
- Learn and perform clinical duties such as taking vital signs, assisting with patient exams, and documenting medical histories.
- Assist with administrative tasks including scheduling appointments, maintaining medical records, and billing procedures.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and healthcare regulations.
- Demonstrate commitment to learning and professional development throughout the apprenticeship.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Minimum age of 18 years.
- Ability to pass a background check.
- Residency in Adams, Cumberland, Dauphin, Franklin, Juniata, Lebanon, Perry, York, Lancaster, Mifflin, or Schuylkill county.
- Willingness to adhere to employer vaccine requirements.

Expected hours: 32 – 40 per week
