Optimal Human Health (OHH) is seeking an experienced Medical Assistant (MA) who is passionate about helping patients achieve optimal health and strives to have a positive impact on our patients’ experience.

What we expect:
- Certification as a Medical Assistant (CMA) or Registered Medical Assistant (RMA) preferred.
- Prior experience working in a healthcare setting required.
- Telehealth experience is a strong plus.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to empathize with patients and effectively convey information.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Tech-savvy and comfortable using virtual health platforms and digital health tools.
- Serve as a point of contact for patients providing support, guidance, and assistance throughout their healthcare journey.
- Ability to manage patient’s supplement, prescription, and hormone orders with complete accuracy. This entails writing scripts for the providers to sign off on and approving quotes for purchases.
- Foster effective communication and collaboration between patients, healthcare providers, and members of the OHH team to help patients get the answers they need.
- Document patient care and guidance in patients' EHR in accordance with medical standards.
