We are currently searching for a Part TimeMedical Assistant to perform the following duties:
- Input patient demographics in database, preparing medical charts for new arrivals.
- Schedule follow up and discharge appointments, sleep studies and vascular studies.
- Check guests in for their doctor appointments.
- Assist guests with questions, either in person or on the phone.
- Mail out medical records.
- Perform COVID-19 specimen collection
- Billing for special testing.
- Perform blood draws and vitals.
- Perform and read EKGs
Requirements:
- At least 3-5 years’ experience as a Medical Assistant.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Patient-focused with experience dealing with high-end clientele.
- Experience drawing blood and taking vitals.
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Enthusiastic and engaging personality.
