Looking for a highly motivated, dynamic individual who can multi-task and enjoys working with people.
Responsibilities include:
- assisting doctors with clinic patients, including managing patient flow through the office
- inputting patient information into the Electronic Medical Record system.
- assisting with minor procedures, injections, etc.
- maintaining inventory of medical supplies and cosmetic supply products
- answering phone calls from patients, pharmacies, and physicians
- taking medical photographs and performing various in-office tests on patients
- no weekend hours are required!
Minimum Qualifications:
- Medical assisting experience is preferred but will train.
- Must be willing to travel to multiple satellite offices and have reliable transportation
- Proficient with computers and EMR experience preferred
- Excellent attendance and punctuality
