Job Description
Dr. Hiroyu Hatano and Dr. Brad Rabin are Stanford and Harvard-trained physicians who have a small internal medicine practice that focuses on providing patients with the highest level of access to care for acute medical issues and lifelong prevention.
We are looking for an individual who is passionate about joining our team to provide personalized medical care that helps each patient reach their highest level of health.
If you are seeking to play a pivotal role in a small concierge practice that values patient relationships over traditional high-volume medicine, then this may be the right position for you. This person will be the patient's first point of contact and help them efficiently set up appointments, maintain prescriptions, and focus on optimizing health instead of figuring out healthcare logistics. This may include helping run specific tests such as measurement of body composition and 24-hour home blood pressure and sleep monitoring.
The ideal candidate should be:
-Passionate about transforming patients’ health and excited to help deliver a new approach to preventive care that includes true personalization of care.
-detail-oriented, team-focused, resourceful, and approach work with a lens to steadily improve efficiency and customer experience.
-adaptable and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
-capable of efficiently working with Excel and electronic health records
--Additional Skills and Training including work as a medical scribe, certified Medical Assistant, or nursing assistant will be helpful in this position which will include significant patient interaction in a range of clinical roles.
The right candidate should have significant experience in service-oriented jobs and an ability to create close connections with patients on the phone and in person. It is ideal but not essential to have some experience working in healthcare.
