Medical Assistant

We are currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate part time Medical Assistant to join our team at a thriving medical spa in Birmingham, MI. As a Medical Assistant, you will play a vital role in assisting our team of medical professionals in delivering high-quality care and exceptional customer service to our patients.
Responsibilities:
    •    Greet patients and assist with check-in procedures
    •    Collect patient medical history
    •    Assist medical professionals with procedures and treatments
    •    Maintain cleanliness and organization of treatment rooms
    •    Provide exceptional customer service and patient care
    •    Manage inventory and stock medical supplies
Qualifications:
    •    High school diploma or equivalent
    •    Completion of a Medical Assistant training program and/or Phlebotomy certification    
          preferred 
    •    1-2 years of experience in a medical setting
    •    Knowledge of medical terminology and procedures
    •    Excellent customer service and communication skills
    •    Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities
    •    Proficient in Microsoft Office and electronic medical record systems
