We are in need of a Medical Assistant to join our organization. The Medical Assistant will be responsible for intake of patient, assisting procedures as well as receiving and processing new patient information. The right candidate for this role will have a background in office settings and be proficient at performing administrative duties related to prioritizing and delegating tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Assisting surgical procedures with patients, doctors and hospitals.
- Provide patients with information regarding recommended care.
- Gather demographic information from patients. Be able to deal with difficult customers.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
