Medical Alert Device Installer

IT PremiseLink seeks to contract with a new, part-time, installer in the Charlotte and surrounding areas. Responsibilities include delivery and initial setup as well as testing of Medical Alert Devices and medication dispensers in clients' homes. Installation is simple and requires no previous experience. We provide training and all tooling necessary. The schedule is flexible and easy to maintain - consistent communication is key.

What you will be doing:
  • Servicing, replacing or retrieving our medical alarms from existing clients
  • Traveling to clients' homes to install "plug and play" Medical Alert systems
  • Explaining to clients how the equipment works and testing the unit with them
  • Collecting information from the clients to send back to the agency
  • Answering any questions the clients have about the system

  • Proven ability to maintain professionalism, with a commitment to providing excellent customer service
  • An operating motor vehicle and valid driver's license and current car insurance
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen
