Minimum Requirements:

Minimum Requirements:
- 2 years proven experience in performing aesthetic treatment.
- Valid esthetics license
Primary job responsibilities:
- Perform medical aesthetic treatments in a fast paced, team motivated environment, including but not limited to: HydraFacial, dermaplaning, chemical peels, microneedling, Morpheus8, Sofwave, Emsculpt treatments.
- Strong knowledge of skincare products and treatments
- Develop meaningful treatment plans and convert to paying patients.
- Provide pricing for treatments.
- Develop strong, long-standing relationships with patients in the community.
- Accurate charting and clinical documentation of each client
- Participate in marketing events and seminars.

- Self- driven and self-motivated, little to no guidance needed to complete tasks
- Excellent communication skills
- Good organizational skills and follow-through
- Passionate about the spa industry
- Above-average product and technical knowledge such as skin analysis and treatment application
