We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with a strong background in project management and product commercialization, ideally within the med tech industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing, and executing a range of critical tasks to ensure the efficient development and launch of a new internal facing technology solution. This role is pivotal in building, coordinating, and managing complex scope & project plans, ensuring the successful evaluation of proof of concept (POC), planning for Limited Market release (LMR) operations and support, and developing program budgets and business cases.
**Key Responsibilities:**
• Develop and manage a comprehensive project plan and key project activities to guide all project activities and milestones.
• Develop & manage project scope. Assist in gathering and documenting cross functional requirements.
• Assist in the coordination and evaluation of POCs, ensuring that they meet project objectives and industry standards.
• Play a key role in planning and implementing LMR operations, providing support and guidance to ensure successful product launch.
• Build and maintain a detailed program budget, creating a robust business case to support future funding stages (F2) and contribute to strategic planning discussions.
• Provide organizational support as the program begins to scale, ensuring that project objectives are met and that team members are aligned and informed.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including architecture, R&D, marketing, sales, and finance, to ensure project alignment with business goals.
• Monitor project progress, addressing potential issues and implementing solutions.
• Prepare and present regular reports to management on project status, risks, and outcomes.
