Description

We are seeking an experienced, dynamic Patient Care Adviser that loves to work with patients. A Bachelor's degree is required, preferred in the field of science. This includes, but is not limited to, health sciences, exercise sciences, nutrition, etc.

Your role is to work with potential new patients and current patients to create solutions for their needs, guide the patient towards the most appropriate program, work with their budget, and consult through the entire process. Primarily responsible for meeting and exceeding sales objectives for the clinic. Must be energetic, well-spoken, and eager to develop a patient relationship. Work consists on the phone, email, text, and face to face.

Must be able to pass a background check, pre-employment drug screening, have reliable transportation, and provide references.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required, preferred in the field of science. This includes, but is not limited to, health sciences, exercise sciences, nutrition, etc.
• Strong computer skills in Microsoft office and experience with Electronic Medical Records.
• Strong sales skills and excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and oral - experience with face to face patient interaction is preferred.
• Must possess an ability to work independently as well as with a team to accomplish goals.
• Demonstrate the ability to work efficiently in a high stress environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Able to demonstrate experience and prove ability to learn medical terminology.

Salary: $40,000-$50,000/year base pay + $1,000-$3,000/month commission = $52,000-$75,000+ total yearly compensation

General Schedule: M-Tu 10:30 AM - 7:30 PM, W-F 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM
