Job Details:

Job Type: Part-time

Schedule: Estimated 10 hours per week

Benefits: Flexible schedule. In office and work from home

Ideal Candidate: You Are Someone Who Has Experience In Email Marketing, Social Media/Content Creation, And At Least Intermediate Graphic Design Skills. You Are An Independent Worker And Take Initiative With A Creative And Problem-solving Attitude.

Summary of Responsibilities:

Create An Annual Marketing Calendar

• Organize and create a marketing calendar to share with the Director of Sales & Marketing for all upcoming sales, events, and marketing blasts.
• Market Social Media holidays/Staff Birthdays & Anniversaries (example: nurse appreciation day, international dog day, admin appreciation day, etc)
• Communicate with staff to gather necessary content and organize logistics based on marketing calendar (example: Shed the Dead Chemical Peel Day on 10/13 gather content from estys and behind-the-scenes footage for marketing blast)

Social Media

• Interact with followers and potential customers by communicating and answering questions through the company's social pages
• Correspond with local businesses through B2B Social Media, and interact with local businesses in the area to show support and promote the Vitality brand.
• Create a plan to reach 10,000 follower goal on Social Media platforms through influencers, contests, in-office campaigns, tik tok trends, etc

Events

• Attend Vitality events to gather content in all locations as needed.
• Research local events in the community to participate in (for example: Suwanee Town Events, anything local that is health and beauty related, finding good marketing opportunities in the local communities with like-minded and relevant businesses

Design/Create

• Create graphics to correspond with the marketing calendar for Social Media/email & text blasts.

PR

• Research local publications and media outlets that would help boost Vitality brand visibility in current neighborhoods (example: advertising in “This is Braselton Town Guide” or other relevant publications)

Skills Required:

Education / Experience Requirements

• Experience with Canva is a MUST
• Strong Organizational skills is a MUST
• Enjoy working with people and possess a friendly and outgoing personality
• Strong communication and listening skills
• Must be a team player

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour
