Moderna Laser is a Medical Spa is looking for a Front Desk assistance to be part of a fast-growing company. This position serves two roles, a receptionist and entry level esthetician.

REQUIREMENTS:
– Proven sales skills of products or treatments.
– Customer service experience, excellent with people, warm, friendly, outgoing.
– Must be reliable, punctual, flexible, honest, focused organized & detail oriented.
– Must have excellent communication skills both written and verbal skills, MS Office Suite, hands on office equipment (e.g. fax & printer machines)
– Professional appearance and demeanor is a must.

- Marketing experiences
PREFERRED but NOT MANDATORY
2+ years of experience in the medical beauty industry
2+ years of stable employment history in a similar work environment
· Spanish speaking preferred but not required
JOB DUTIES INCLUDE BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
- Perform a variety of Front Desk and clerical duties
- Offering administrative support across the organization
- Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Direct visitors to the appropriate persons and or office area
- Answer multi-line phone systems and direct calls to the appropriate staff/department as well as coordinating Front Desk activities while redirecting phone calls and addressing emails
- Maintain all office equipment as needed and coordinates repairs
- Work closely with the functional department groups as necessary
- Ensure that the Receptionist area is clean and looks neat for all incoming guests
- Inform management of all guest issues, needed supplies or equipment related issues
- Demonstrate stress management while Addressing emergency issues and concerns in a timely manner
- Perform other job-related duties as requested by following safety procedures and controlling access via the receptionist desk, sign-n forms, visitor badges, etc.
- Maintain office security
- Ultimately, the Reception duties and responsibilities are to ensure that the Front Desk welcomes our guest positively and professionally as well as executes all administrative task to the highest quality standards.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:
- Able to effectively communicate in English, in both written and verbal forms
- Excellent organizational skills to function effectively under time constraints and within established deadlines, with particular attention to detail
- Excellent customer service skills and interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with all business contacts
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $15.65 - $24.85 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week

- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
Weekly day range:
- Monday to Friday
