We are looking for a Mechanic/Technicianto join our team! You will be responsible for repairing various boats and marine products.
Responsibilities:
- Repair boats outboards, sterndrives, gas inboards, and diesel inboard powered vessels.
- Specialize in Mercury & Volvo but not a requirement
- Perform routine boat maintenance
- Use diagnostic tools to test marine components
- Perform quality inspections prior to returning the boat to the customer
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a mechanic
- Knowledge of shop equipment
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Provide own Tools
Marine Services Corporation was established in 1983 and Elite Yachts was established in 1998. We are two companies operating as one. We are a full-service boat dealership located on the south side of Chicago. Our dealership services the Chicago-land area and beyond. Selling and servicing the boating community. Our family-owned business is looking to add a team member to assist with a strong clerical background to assist others in keeping Marine Services organized.
