Mechanic/Fabricator

Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Mechanic/fabricator to join our team. As a Mechanic, you will be responsible for inspecting, diagnosing, and repairing various farm equipment (turcks, trailers, tractors and various self propelled units) . This is a hands-on role that requires strong technical knowledge and problem-solving skills.

Duties:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, including oil changes, and filter replacements
- Diagnose mechanical issues and perform necessary repairs
- Conduct inspections to identify potential problems and recommend appropriate solutions
- Test vehicle systems to ensure they are functioning properly
- Collaborate with team members to complete repairs efficiently
- Keep accurate records of all maintenance and repair work performed

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience as a Mechanic or similar role
- Strong knowledge of vehicle and machinary
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills

Skills:
- Mechanical aptitude: Possess a deep understanding of how vehicles and equipment work, including engines, transmissions, brakes, and electrical systems.
- Attention to detail: Perform thorough inspections and repairs with precision to ensure the safety and reliability of vehicles.
- Time management: Efficiently prioritize tasks to meet deadlines and complete repairs in a timely manner.
- Communication skills: Clearly communicate technical information to team members and customers.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $640.00 - $1,250.00 per week
