Attributes:
Smaller person as this person will be working inside of motors doing meticulous work.
Very detailed and precise with experience and success doing repetitive tasks
Able to work in a shop type of environment
Previous Experience that translates well:
Mechanical, Electrical or Assembly or Parts experience
Electrical Helper and electrical wiring
Requirements/ What will I be Doing?
Employees are required to provide the basic tools to perform the job
Takes winding data as required and confirms data is correct for motor
Deburrs and repair laminations to prevent damage to electrical insulation
Rewinds motor to customer specifications 5. Winds coils and inserts into motor slots per motor specification
Collects material to be used for job
Cuts and forms sheet insulator to fit slots, using paper cutter, and forming fixture
Ties windings down per company policy
Inserts insulation pieces into appropriate place on motorEmployment Type: ["TEMPORARY"]
