We are seeking a Mechanical Plumbing Designer to join our expanding team in Houston! You will be responsible for building plumbing system designs to fulfill our clients’ mission in our key market sectors. Bring your knowledge of plumbing system configurations, and components of construction documents to play a vital role in our solutions based environment.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
- Perform key design tasks on projects to select plumbing equipment, and calculate equipment capacities.
- Knowledge of compressed air system design.
- Be responsible for development of construction drawings, details, schedules, and diagrams for sanitary waste/vent, domestic cold water, and domestic hot water systems.
- Coordinate plumbing system needs with civil, structural, architectural, and electrical trades.
- Produce construction documents and calculations under the supervision of Professional Engineers and coordinate with other disciplines.

Here’s What You’ll Need:- Demonstrated plumbing design experience for buildings with respect to working in an MEP or AE design firm environment
- Proficient in Revit
Ideally You’ll Also Have:
- Plumbing design experience for healthcare infrastructure
- Certified Plumbing Design Technician
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
