Job Description:
As a Field Services Mechanical Maintenance Manager at Force Building Services, you will play a pivotal role in our commitment to excellence. Deployed in commercial settings, you will be responsible for a range of tasks including product installation, repairs, preventative maintenance, and project management. In addition to traditional responsibilities, this leadership role incorporates sales responsibilities to bring in leads and grow revenue. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Estimating Costs and Timelines: Accurately assess project requirements and provide estimates for costs and timelines.
- Client Communication: Effectively communicate with clients, ensuring a clear understanding of project expectations and timelines.
- Sales Responsibilities: Bring in sales leads and actively contribute to revenue growth.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrate initiative and resourcefulness on-site to troubleshoot and find effective solutions.
- Autonomous Work: Exhibit the ability to work autonomously, displaying good judgment in decision-making.
- Assessment and Reporting: Conduct assessments of projects at various stages, reporting progress or setbacks to all invested parties.
- Safety Compliance: Uphold a safe, secure, and healthy work environment by adhering to OSHA regulations at all times.
- Effective Communication: Maintain regular and effective communication with leadership, clients, subcontractors, installers, and colleagues.
