Job Description/Preferred Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • As the Mechanical Engineering Manager, you will advise your team to design and build Precision Mechanical systems and subsystems (High/ Ultra-high vacuum, in-situ cleaning systems, precision mounting and positioning, reticle automation, and environmental control) for a sophisticated EUV reticle inspection tool
  • You will apply systems engineering principles to the platform subsystem development to ensure a cohesive design approach.
  • You will coordinate and employ usage of the KLA dfX process, ensuring that design requirements are fully formed, and that the designs are well reviewed at each phase of their development.
  • Ability to lead a design team, guiding their day-to-day efforts.
  • Experience with high-complexity, low-volume design requirements.
  • Experience with inspection equipment dealing in nanometers a plus.
  • Experience with semiconductor Capital Equipment a plus.
  • Knowledgeable in Precision Mechanical design techniques.
  • Familiarity with thermal and structural mechanical analysis.
  • Optical Design and Analysis knowledge
  • Experience with UHV (Ultra High Vacuum) design
  • Experience working with demanding position control system
  • CREO/ProEngineer design software experience a plus
  • Doctorate (Academic) with a minimum of 3years of experience. OR Master's Level Degree with at least 4years of experience. OR Bachelor's Level Degree with 5 or more years of experience.

Minimum Qualifications
Doctorate (Academic) or work experience of 1 years , Master's Level Degree or work experience of 2 years , Bachelor's Level Degree or work experience of 3 years
