Job Summary: Searching for a Mechanical Engineer with specialization in the design and improvement of pumps, rotating equipment, and high-temperature pressure vessels particularly for use in nuclear power plants.
Job Requirements:
BS/MS Degree in Engineering or Physics
Proven experience with design of pumps and/or rotating equipment
Prior work experience within the nuclear power generation industry
Familiarity with ASME Boiler and Pressure Vessel Code Sections III and VIII
Experience working on 800F and higher temperature design of pressure vessels
Preferred Skills:
- Demonstrated ability to solve complex problems independently
Job Responsibilities:
Work directly under the guidance of the manager
Two positions will focus on R&D aspects, while two will work on current production enhancement
Analyze existing products, identify issues, and implement improvements
Design pump systems for various industries
Ensure compliance with ASME Boiler and Pressure Vessel Code during design stages.
Pay Details: $40.00 to $60.00 per hour
