Precision of New Hampton is looking to add a Mechanical Drafter/Designer to our team.
```Duties```
- Create detailed mechanical drawings and designs using CAD software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SolidWorks, and Inventor.
- Collaborate with engineers and other team members to develop and refine mechanical designs.
- Assist in the development and testing of prototypes.
- Conduct research to gather technical information and specifications for projects.
- Perform calculations and analysis using FEA (Finite Element Analysis) software.
- Prepare technical reports and documentation, including technical writing for project proposals and specifications.
- Review and modify existing designs to improve functionality or address issues.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in all designs.
```Requirements```
- Strong mechanical knowledge and understanding of mechanical engineering principles.
- Proficiency in CAD software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SolidWorks, or Inventor.
- Experience with system design and assembly processes.
- Ability to perform calculations and analysis using FEA software.
- Excellent technical writing skills for creating reports and documentation.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision.
- Good communication skills to collaborate with team members effectively.

Pay: $57,979.60 - $69,824.90 per year
