SalaryResponsibilities:
Develop detailed design drawings and specifications for mechanical equipment, dies, tools, and controls using SolidWorks CAD software.
Produce three-dimensional models to visualize designs and ensure accuracy.
Create schematic, orthographic, or angle views to depict functional relationships of components, assemblies, systems, and machines.
Collaborate with engineers and other team members to ensure design specifications are met.
Review and revise drawings to correct any discrepancies or errors.
Requirements:
Previous experience as a Mechanical Drafter or similar role.
Proficiency in SolidWorks or similar CAD software.
Strong understanding of mechanical principles and machinery.
Excellent mathematical skills, including algebra, geometry, and calculus.
Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
Familiarity with physics principles and their applications in mechanical design is preferred.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field preferred.
