Every day you will:

• Utilizes sketches, customer specifications, and other documents to support design activity for developing mechanical concepts.
• Incorporates acceptable tolerances and dimensions as determined for specific capacities, operating requirements, and material selection.
• Prepares bills of material for specific designs as they are developed and detailed.
• Documents project through its development, sign-off, final review, and release.
• Performs investigative and research work pertinent to designs to assist Design Engineers as needed.

To thrive in this environment you must:

• CAD degree preferred or two years related experience.
• Demonstrated mechanical aptitude.
• Proficient in 3D software packages. SolidWorks is preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment under pressure.
• Strong communication skills.
• Prior leadership skills highly preferred for future career development.
