Meat Wrapper

```Job Summary```
We are seeking a skilled Meat Wrapper to join our team. As a Meat Wrapper, you will be responsible for packaging and labeling various cuts of meat, ensuring quality and freshness for our customers. The ideal candidate will have experience in food preparation, possess strong attention to detail, and excel in a fast-paced environment.

```Responsibilities```
- Wrap and package meat products according to established guidelines
- Label packages with accurate product information
- Ensure all meat products are stored properly and at the correct temperature
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the meat department
- Assist customers with inquiries and provide exceptional customer service by working at the sales counter
- Upsell additional products to customers when appropriate
- Follow food safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment

```Requirements```
- Previous experience in a restaurant preparing food or cutting meat or deli is preferred
- Knowledge of POS systems for order processing are a plus
- Familiarity with food safety regulations and guidelines
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate with others
- Excellent communication skills to interact with customers and colleagues
- Basic culinary knowledge is beneficial but not required
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy objects

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $12.00 - $13.50 per hour
