Part time, 30 hours/week

Job Duties
- Trim and cut meats, poultry and fish
- Load and unload freezers, refrigerators and dehydrators
- Maintain clean, safe and sanitary condition of kitchen, food storage and preparation areas at all times
- May perform other duties as needed and/or assigned
Compensation & Perks:
- Depending on work experience, starting at $15.50 per hour
- Kitchen hours: Mon.-Fri., 11:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
- Closed on weekends and major holidays including Fourth of July, Thanksgiving and Christmas Day
- Work directly with the owners of a small, fast-growing company
Requirements
- Work experience in a butcher shop, meat department or restaurant kitchen is desired, but not mandatory
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for at least 4 hours
- Valid California food handler’s certification (may be obtained after hire)
- Must have a source of reliable transportation
