Responsibilities:

Delivery of Orders:

• Safely and promptly deliver food orders to customers' locations.
• Ensure accuracy in order fulfillment and check orders before delivery.
• Ensure food packaging is secure and intact during transit.

Vehicle Maintenance:

• Maintain the delivery vehicle in good working condition.
• Perform routine vehicle checks and report any issues to management.
• Keep the delivery vehicle clean and organized.

Follow Traffic Rules:

• Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations.
• Drive responsibly and safely to ensure the security of food and yourself.
• Efficiently plan delivery routes to minimize delivery times and fuel consumption.

Customer Service:

• Greet customers upon delivery and provide a positive and friendly experience.
• Provide updates on delivery status and estimated arrival times if delayed

Time Management:

• Manage time effectively to meet delivery deadlines.
• Prioritize multiple deliveries based on their proximity and timing.

Adherence to Policies:

• Follow company policies and procedures related to delivery operations.
• Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards during transportation.

• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
• Knowledge of local streets and neighborhoods.
• Ability to navigate using GPS or other navigation tools.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Physical ability to lift and carry packages, including food containers.
