Qualification/Responsibilities:
- Must possess a current, unencumbered, active license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the state of employment AND/OR
- Must possess, as a minimum, a Nursing Degree from an accredited college or university, or be a graduate of an approved LPN/LVN program
- Preferably 1-year experience in working the RAI process
- Preferably 1-year experience in MDS Coordinator
- Conduct and Coordinate the development and completion and the resident assessment (MDS) in accordance with current regulations and guidelines
- Must be experienced in PDPM, MDS coding, insurance updates, care planning
- Long-Term Care Experience Required
- Assist in completion of patient discharge
- Auditing the resident assessment (MDS) and care plan for completeness and accuracy.
- Develop, implement and maintain a quality assurance program resident care plan.
Shift & Wage:
- Full-Time Opportunity Available
- Shift Needed: 8:00am-4:00pm, Monday-Friday
- Wage: Starting at $30.00 per hour
