Job Description
Position will provide administrative support to the Office of Aeronautics. Compose routine correspondence in accordance with instructions, check documents, forms, applications, or other materials for accuracy, completeness, grammar and format. Organizes and maintains documents for filing, storage or processing purging files and documents as needed. Prepare invoices, bills, receipts, statements and other financial documents for processing. Takes incoming telephone calls and mail. Performs typing duties, operate office equipment. Retrieve and compile data and prepare reports. Interpret instructions and guidelines to resolve work related problems. Manage data bases including electronic files. Responsible for scheduling of conference rooms and the auditorium. Other duties as assigned.

This is a contracted appointment that may last up to two years in duration. Paid internships occur throughout the State of Michigan.
