Job Description
Job Summary: The MDM (i.e. Mobile Device Management) Engineer will design, build, and maintain a secure, stable and efficient MDM infrastructure with various Android-focused tooling (Intune, SOTI, Blue Fletch, Honeywell OpIntel) to optimize service delivery across production, QA, and development environments throughout the development lifecycle. The MDM Engineer uses an agile, multi-prong approach to development that is both technical and operational simultaneously with expertise in managing Android operating systems and tablets. This position requires excellent communication and coordination skills to successfully integrate various functions in a coordinated manner and deliver the responsibilities to the organization.
Essential Responsibilities
· Strong understanding of Android device architecture, security features, and device management APIs.
· Strong Experience in MDM Intune devices enrollment, Autopilot enrollment concepts; End to end administration of Microsoft Intune for Android, and Windows 10/11
· Design and implement Cloud RBAC/IAM with least privileged design concepts.
· Create scripts/automation using PowerShell; Python, VB.Net a plus.
· Create and maintain custom system integrations and scripts.
· Day to day check/maintain ticket queue SLAs.
· Monitor and track incidents and trouble calls in a service desk ticketing system
· Work closely with the development teams to scope projects and deployments effectively.
· Proven experience in Mobile Device Management (MDM) administration, with a focus on Android operating systems and tablets.
· Ensure all safety policies and procedures are followed to ensure a safe work environment for all.
· Effective communication skills with the ability to collaborate with internal and external cross-functional teams communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
· Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues in Android devices and MDM systems.
· Follow all Company policies and execute Company standards on appearance and functionality as well as appropriate brand representation.
· Communicates any concerns or issues to leadership to ensure proper efficiency of department and company operations.

Education
· Bachelor's Degree Bachelor's degree or equivalent in IT/Cloud infrastructure or MDM experience required.
Professional Experience
· 4+ Years Scripting / Automation experience; PowerShell; Python, VB.Net a plus, and Microsoft Intune required.
· 4+ Years Experience supporting development teams and agile/scrum methodologies preferred.
· 3+ Years Experience using Azure AD, Azure DevOps preferred.
· 2+ Years PowerShell; Python, Android Scripting/ADB preferred.
CompetenciesKnowledge
· Strong understanding of MDM systems, and Android operating system. High.
· Strong understanding of ITSM Processes, and tools. Ticketing systems. High.
· Strong understanding of API, and Webhooks. Reading and interpreting JSON. High.
· MDM knowledge; Understanding of Intune, and device management Medium.
· Understanding of Windows Server; Server Roles, DNS, Domain Controller, IIS Medium. Preferred.
· Understanding of SQL Databases, scripting, and administration a plus. Medium.

· Microsoft Active Directory schema and management. Medium.
Licenses and Certifications
· Microsoft (MTA) Microsoft MTA: Cloud Infrastructure Upon Hire preferred.
· MD-102: Endpoint Administrator Upon Hire preferred.
· Microsoft AZ-500 Microsoft Azure Security Technologies Upon Hire preferred.
