Fluidra is seeking an MDM Administrator to join the team at either of our offices in Carlsbad, CA or Atlanta, GA.
WHAT YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE
The MDM Administrator is responsible for the day-to-day administration of Bills of Materials and Routings. Assists Production and Engineering departments with changes to Bills of Materials/Routings updates in Epicor 10. Additionally, you will:
- Process and maintain Bills of Materials, Routings, and New Product Development including Item Master and related functions.
- Perform routine data scrubs to check for completeness and accuracy
- Research changes per EC’s (Engineering Changes) and DN’s (Deviation Notices).
- Coordinate and implement material control audits including Bill of Materials, Item Master, New Product Development projects, Phantom assemblies, WIP assemblies.
- Manage BOM/ Item effectively dates.
- Troubleshoot and solve material problems and address a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
- Interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
- Assist with other related Master Data projects as required.
WHAT WE SEEK
- 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment
- High School Diploma or equivalent required, some college preferred
- Proficiency in Epicor 10 or equivalent ERP system
- Ability to work within a multifunctional team
- Positive personality that can communicate with all levels of the organization
- Proven track record of accomplished projects
- Working knowledge of basic Excel applications
- Knowledge of Product Center Software and Drawing Schematics
- Understanding of reporting capabilities
- Understanding of Pipefy software preferred

Expected hourly rate range is $20.00 – 25.00. Fluidra offers a comprehensive total rewards / benefits program that includes base salary, annual bonus based on performance of individual and company objectives, competitive 401K matching, paid vacation and sick time, full range of health benefits, educational assistance, etc. The actual salary offer will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including skills, qualifications, experience and location.
