Description TITLE: Part-Time ESSER Tutor
QUALIFICATIONS:
Meets the educational requirements as mandated in the ESEA legislation.
Preferred two years of college or associate's degree or higher.
Proficient technology skills.
Ability to collaborate with peers and administration.
Instructional solid skills inclusive of oral and written communication. Ability to support students in reading and math.
Ability to organize and accurately collect and analyze student performance data
REPORTS TO: Principal
Job Goal: To provide students with academic support in the areas of reading and mathematics in order to meet or exceed grade-level performance expectations.
PERFORMANCE RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Collaborates with administrators and teachers.
2. Assists with data collection, analysis of data results, and organization of the results.
3. Delivers intensive prescriptive instruction to students to increase academic achievement in reading and math using research-based
4. Provides the classroom teacher and administration with regular reports regarding student progress.
5. Maintains and submits accurate and up-to-date management records of all student progress.
6. Maintains confidentiality concerning student records.
7. Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned by supervisor.

TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT:

• 25 hours weekly
• The position is for the 2023-2024 school year.
• The salary for certified personnel is $25.00 per hour without benefits.
