Position Description
Access Holdings is seeking outstanding candidates to participate in its Summer Associate Program ("SAP")
Program Overview:
- MBA Summer Associates will begin the summer by participating in an in-depth training program on "The Access Way"
- Access and each Summer Associate ("SA") will participate in industry research, profiling investment themes and approaches
- Over the course of the summer, the SA will work to develop an investment thesis and complete the following objectives:
- Develop a detailed industry overview and actionable investment thesis
- Map the industry landscape and gain a strong understanding of the key participants (executives, service providers, potential target companies, etc.)
- Develop a tactical execution plan for an investment in the space (e.g. how and what to acquire, key diligence items, post close value creation initiatives, etc.)
- Each SA will be given a discretionary budget to fund the acquisition of industry research reports, travel to attend industry-related conferences, potential site visits, etc.
- Participate in live transactions and add value by engaging in critical workstreams
- Top performers will be strongly considered for full-time employment upon graduation

Requirements
- 2-3 years of private equity + 2-3 years of investment banking required
- Strong M&A and deal execution experience from a top investment bank and private equity firm preferred
- Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without requiring sponsorship now or in the future
