Mazda Service Admin Assistant

Rick Case Mazda in Duluth is seeking a Part Time service administrative assistant to join the team!

Duties
- Provide excellent customer support and assistance to visitors and clients
- Manage front desk operations including greeting visitors, answering phone calls, and directing inquiries
- Type and prepare correspondence, and other documents as needed
- Utilize computerized systems and software to perform various administrative tasks - Other duties assigned

Requirements
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in using phone systems and other office equipment
- Attention to detail and accuracy in completing tasks
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Familiarity with computerized systems and software

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $16.00 per hour
