Mattress Sales Associate

Brothers Bedding Mattress Factory in Knoxville, TN is looking for a sale associate to join our team. Our ideal candidate is attentive, motivated, and engaged.

Seeking a Full-time Retail Sales Associate, with at least 2-year experience in retail sales.

Must have experience in retail, customer service, big-ticket, or commission sales. High tickets like mattresses, Furniture, cars, jewelry, Hot tubs, other items from $2000 plus. Please if you don't have such experience DO NOT apply.

Pay will be $500 dollars a week Guaranteed or commission whichever is higher. If your commission surpasses the $500, that what you will get without paying back the draw of the $500 (guarantee weekly pay)

Potential to earn ($40,000- 100,000) a year. Depends on YOU!!!!! Most our sales make $45000 plus the first year.

Marketing, E-Commerce, and Graphic Design Skills are a HUGE PLUS!

Strong presentation, communication, and customer service skills.

Enjoy meeting and interacting with customers and understanding their needs. You are changing peoples lives by helping them select the right mattress that will be the best fit and help them sleep well and minimize all issues that they suffer from like backaches, neck pain, snoring, feeling tired every morning, rejuvenate, and heal.....

Ability to work alone and take initiative. Most times you will be alone in a store. We have 6 locations in Knoxville, Maryville, and Sevierville. Must be able to cover some shift when needed in other locations.

High energy, enthusiasm, and motivated demeanor required.

Team focused and positive attitude.

We are not looking for a cashier, or someone to baby sit a store, if you don't perform it will cost you your job plain and simple.

You must be highly motivated to sale the comfort experience of an amazing nights sleep.
