Job Description
Required Qualifications:
- A degree in math or a related field (college students are welcome to apply)
- Strong academic credentials and exceptional math skills through Algebra I, Geometry and Algebra II
- Excellent communication and multi-tasking skills
- Ability to professionally interact with students and parents
- Energetic, patient and confident personality
- Ability to teach students in upper level high school math courses. Teacher Certification is a plus.
- Previous teaching experience or other experience working with students of all ages
- Willingness to teach students both in-center and online
Hours may vary, but could include mid-afternoon through early evening hours, Monday Friday and Saturday mornings, approximately 10-30 hours per week (flexible). Starting compensation is hourly rate commensurate with education and experience.
