Role Description
We are currently seeking part-time Math Instructors based in Glendora, CA. The Math Instructor will be responsible for teaching coding concepts to middle and high school students, developing engaging lesson plans, and offering personalized support and feedback. Collaboration with fellow instructors to enhance our coding curriculum is essential, as is participation in various coding competitions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mathematics or related field (Ph.D. preferred)
- Previous experience teaching mathematics at the middle, high school, or college level
- Strong knowledge of mathematical concepts and principles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to differentiate instruction to meet the needs of diverse learners
- Proficient in using technology for instructional purposes
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $20.00 - $100.00 per hour
Schedule:
- Weekends as needed
