RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Will supervise all Material Handlers and shipper/receivers and enfore warehouse 5S / warehouse layout
Will continue main job functions (either shipping/receiving or material handling) as well as providing leadership to shift - Able to work on standard Microsoft Office Suite and other employer/customer programs. Will need to send and confirm ASN's.
- Be main contact person on shift for problem solving, decision making, offer training and development of current Material Handlers & shipper/receivers, and conflict resolution
- Must accurately and comprehensively prepare reports and fill out all paperwork as necessary. Must be familiar with AIM.
- Must be able to provide direction and support for team through effective management style
- Be able to administer corrective actions and direct drivers on essential job function
REQUIREMENTS:
- Able to perform work responsibilities safety and ability to follow all safety rules and regulations
- High School Diploma or GED is required
- At least 2 years manufacturing experience
- Attention to detail and ability to manage projects in a timely manner
