Summary
Assist Inventory Control, Purchasing and Production Scheduling and be the backup for each area when required.
Duties
- Assist in Cycle Counting and reconciliation of cycle counts
- Develop Cycle Count Schedules
- Ensure Cycle Counts are Performed Correctly
- Perform Root Cause Analysis of Inventory Discrepancies
- Implement Corrective Action
- Assist Production Scheduler
- Release, Firm, Schedule, Change, Cancel, Re-Schedule Production Orders
- Trouble Shoot Errors as required
- Assist Purchasing
- Place purchase orders
- Expedite
- Follow-up with suppliers
- Assist Store Room
- Stock Store Room
- Issue Parts from Store Room
- Ensure accuracy of inventory stored in Store Room
- Special projects as assigned
- This job follows standard practices and procedures, and is expected to accomplish work assignments with a limited amount of supervision.

Education/Experience:
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or three to six months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- This job has no supervisory responsibilities.
- Work is performed in an office environment where disruptions occur infrequently.
- The noise level in the work environment is usually reasonably quiet.
