Must possess the ability to give directions to a number of employees in accomplishing trades and labor work associated with the implementation of the automated systems used in warehouse and supply operations, and administration; pass on instructions received from supervisor; and demonstrate work procedures, check work for compliance and provide status reports. - Failure to meet this Screen Out Element will result in an ineligible rating.
