Materials Engineer
Dubuque, IA | Direct-hire | $85k - $120k DOE

Materials Engineer Responsibilities:
- Heavily involved with technology projects involving new coatings, hardware, or other materials
- Responsible for testing and validating new materials in production.
- Design, analyze, and report on experimental studies and new coating technologies.
- Use and apply statistical tools results for effective solutions (Process Mapping, Pugh matrix, FMEA, MSA, etc.)
- Consult and communicate effectively across different teams within the materials teams.
Materials Engineer Requirements:
- BS Chemical/Materials Science/ or similar Engineering discipline
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills
- 3+ years of Engineer or technical work on coatings
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and statistical software (Minitab, JMP, etc.)
