Ideal Background
Education: High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
Licensing: No licensing is required for this position.
Experience: This position requires up to 3 years of relevant industrial construction coordination and administration experience.
Generally responsible for performing construction coordination for small to moderate construction assignments. This work will be performed under close supervision.
Project Scope/Description: Turnaround materials coordinator for a long-term position projected through 2024.

What You'll Be Doing
- Knowledge and application of company engineering design and CAD drafting standards.
- Good knowledge of construction safety requirements, with a commitment to a zero accidents environment. Ability to ensure contractor's activities are planned and executed with safety first.
- Coordinating Request for Information (RFI) from contractor's, ensuring timely engineering responses and maintaining RFI logs.
- Compiling building permit packages and submitting to permitting agencies.
- Coordinating the review of submittals and maintaining logs of open submittals.
- Assisting construction team(s) with assembling drawing packages for various phases of work.
- Assisting the estimating team with miscellaneous estimates.
