Materials Control Clerk

Requirements:

· Safety is an absolute responsibility of staff members at each level of authority for all that happens or fails to happen in response to the program within their respective area(s).

· Expedite, receive, and coordinate unload and storage of all company purchased materials. Communicate as needed to planning and field techs on error/issue resolution.

· Inspect all inbound materials for overages, shortages, and damage. Complete OS&D report as needed and coordinate the returns to the vendor. Responsible for resolution with vendors. Communicate to buyer as needed.

· Maintain tracking mechanism for the location and transfer of all materials by purchase order number. Maintain chain of custody on all stored materials.

· Process requests to pull materials from storage for transfer into the field. Coordinate delivery of items where applicable.

· Enter receiving reports in purchasing system to ensure real-time traceability for interested parties

· Process and track receipts of owner supplied equipment according to the current site process, if required.

· Bundle, kit, or trailer items together to support the efficient execution of work orders

· Other duties as assigned by the company or the supervisor to meet business needs.

Qualifications:

· High School Diploma [or equivalent]

· Certified Forklift Operator

· Microsoft Office Suite

· Effective communicator with strong inter-personal skills
